Receive incentives and energy efficiency services tailored to the needs of your business.

Whether you rent or own your building, your business can likely save money by reducing its energy use. Efficiency Smart will work with you to recommend the most cost-effective energy-saving improvements. We also provide financial incentives to make completing these upgrades more affordable.

Services Tailored to Your Business

From project identification to completion, the Efficiency Smart team is available to assist you throughout the process. We will start by learning about your business’s energy use and your goals. We’ll then offer customized energy-saving recommendations and tips to help you solve your energy challenges across different technology types. Many of our recommendations cost little to no money to implement. If you do choose to purchase new equipment, we offer rebates for eligible products.

Financial Incentives Available for Qualifying Projects

Customers of participating utilities are eligible for financial incentives on qualifying upgrades, including:

Lighting and lighting controls
Refrigeration
HVAC
Compressed air systems
Motor controls
And more

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for financial incentives, pre-approval is required before ordering any equipment.
Businesses that use less than 250,000 kWh (or have less than approximately $25,000 in annual electric costs) across all locations are eligible.

Efficiency Smart is happy to work with contractors and suppliers on projects for customers of participating municipal utilities.
