Efficiency Smart provides a dedicated account manager and the support of its energy consultants to get to know your business and help you achieve your goals. Whether your business is installing new equipment, upgrading current systems, constructing a new facility, or simply exploring ways to save energy, Efficiency Smart works hand-in-hand with you every step of the way.

Efficiency Smart’s services are available for Customers of participating utilities. This includes:

  • Recommending and prioritizing cost-effective energy-saving upgrades
  • Reviewing your facilities to provide energy-saving recommendations and tips
  • Offering an unbiased review of vendor proposals
  • Calculating potential energy and cost savings of potential upgrades
  • Analyzing your electric usage for trends
  • Determining the electric usage of equipment through metering
  • Reducing the cost of upgrades with financial incentives on several project categories, including lighting, motors, refrigeration, compressed air, HVAC, and more.

Eligibility Requirements

  • To qualify for financial incentives, pre-approval is required before ordering any equipment.
  • Services are for large commercial and industrial businesses with annual electric use of 250,000 kWh or more (approximately $25,000 in annual electric costs) across all locations.

Contractors & Suppliers

Efficiency Smart is happy to work with contractors and suppliers on projects for customers of participating municipal utilities.
