Napoleon Light and Power customers who use the services of either the Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission or the Henry County Senior Center can now receive four free LED lightbulbs, thanks to partnerships between Efficiency Smart and the two community organizations.

Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission administers the federal Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) for Napoleon residents. Napoleon Light and Power customers who meet the federal HEAP income guidelines are eligible for the free LEDs. Those interested can call the Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission at 419-599-2481 for more information.

The Henry County Senior Center provides services to older adult residents throughout Henry County. Napoleon electric customers who use services provided by the senior center are eligible to receive the free LEDs. Those interested can call 419-599-5515 for more information.

Replacing incandescent lights with LEDs can help save on electric bills, as LEDs last up to 10 times longer than incandescent lightbulbs and can save you $90 or more in electric costs over their lifetime.
