Saturday, October 12, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Department of Public Services parking lot, located at 149 Waterworks Ave. in Hillsdale.
Please bring a recent copy of your electric bill to verify eligibility. Only Hillsdale Board of Public Utilities electric customers are eligible.
